Did you know that in eEmpACT V16 staffing software you are able to do radius searches for employees? You can use this search to find candidates that are within a specific radius your customer’s site. When in UltraMatch under the advance section you must first choose the category “Master.” Next select the column Information” Address- Residence Postal” and for the condition choose the option “Radius – Radius Of.”  Finally where it says “Miles From” enter the radius you want to search within and for value enter the postal code. Listed below is an example of a search for all candidates who have a zip code within 10 miles of 55425.
